Delivery arrangements

SIM-BE Perfumes is an online-only store with worldwide delivery and no physical collection point. Enter any country on the order request form. Once online submission is enabled, both you and [email protected] receive confirmation emails.

Product availability and dispatch remain subject to SIM-BE confirmation. The applicable delivery destination, charge and estimate will be confirmed before an invoice is paid.

Order updates

For UK standard delivery, the adopted estimate is approximately 8–12 working days. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Times for other countries vary by destination and will be quoted before payment; the confirmed invoice will state the estimate for your order.

Where and when

SIM-BE accepts delivery enquiries for any country. Delivery charges, taxes and carrier options depend on the destination and are reviewed by [email protected] before an invoice is issued.

A separate 8–10 working-day UK option may be available for some parcels. SIM-BE will confirm the available service for each order before payment.

Charges and tracking

UK standard delivery is £5.99 below £130 and free from £130. Because SIM-BE requires a £1,000 product minimum, every eligible UK order qualifies for free standard delivery. Worldwide delivery charges outside the UK are calculated for the destination and quoted before payment.

A tracking link will be provided when the selected carrier supports it. SIM-BE will confirm the carrier and dispatch details for each accepted order; the reference retailer's Royal Mail account is not SIM-BE's delivery service.
